Contact form
If you use the “request and appointment form” on the website you will be asked for certain personal identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address and phone number. Once you ‘send’ this form to me by email your PII is not stored on the website.
Site visits tracking
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.
Although Google Analytics records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. Google Analytics also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor.
Google Analytics makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides.
Use of Personal Information
Any PII submitted is treated as confidential and used to reply to your interest regarding treatments and services provided. This information is only stored off-site should you choose to become a client and will not be shared with any third party without your permission other than the exception of law enforcement.
Security of Personal Information
Your personal information is important and treated as such, contact details are password secured and accessed only by Carmel Twomey. Generally accepted standards of security are adhered to when using emails and storing your contact details electronically, but, please be advised that none of these is one hundred percent secure.

In the event of there being a breach of security and your, PII is at risk, you will be contacted within 72 hours.

Privacy Policy should you become a client
If you decide to work with me, whether this is face to face or on the phone, all your contact details will be protected and stored as above. Any personal health details or information relating to your health which I receive during our sessions and, any treatment plans or procedures, will be recorded in handwriting. These records are highly confidential and are stored in a locked filing cabinet at the clinic, the keys of which are kept off-site with me, Carmel Twomey. The information within your records will not be shared with a third party unless you either request this or give your permission. Occasionally and with your consent, elements of your records are discussed with my mentor with a view to seeking help and insights as to how to further assist you with whatever ailments are of concern, your contact details and full name are never shared with him. Should you decide for whatever reason, that you would prefer for me, not to discuss your ailments with my mentor, I will respect this.
